Having split her time between Chicago and Skokie all her life, Lily has in-depth market knowledge across a wide area and specializes in helping people make the transition from the city to the suburbs and vice versa. Upon earning her bachelor's degree in English Literature and Communications from Northeastern Illinois University, Lily embarked on a successful 10-year career in tech sales. Working with Fortune 500 companies, she refined the sharp negotiating skills she now uses to ensure that her clients get the best deal possible when they buy or sell their home or investment property.
Lily’s transition to real estate was rooted in her own personal journey to home ownership, when she saw firsthand the critical importance of having an expert in her corner. Recognizing the pivotal role of a knowledgeable advisor in a real estate transaction, she obtained her broker’s license in 2019—determined to leverage her skills and business acumen to make a positive impact in people’s lives. Committed to her clients’ success, Lily approaches each transaction with unwavering dedication and enthusiasm. A strong believer in community engagement, Lily makes time in her schedule to do volunteer work and help with community building events that have a tangible impact in her Skokie community. When she is not working or volunteering, she and her family enjoy taking advantage of the many restaurants, businesses, and public events that showcase Skokie’s diverse cultures. In her free time Lily enjoys books, movies (especially so bad they’re good ones), crochet, and is thrilled whenever she can connect with clients over DnD, MTG, TNG, DS9, or any other fandom with a great acronym.
